Our online sessions are conducted over video chat, live text, or phone calls. This way allows you to connect with your counselor from the comfort of your home. You can choose the format that is the most accessible and convenient for you.

Can my family and I receive counseling together?

We do not provide family counseling services. We specialize in individual counseling and online therapy for adults and teens, ages 14 and up. I would be happy to refer you to a qualified family therapist in Las Vegas. Feel free to contact our office for more information about referrals.

What if I don't like my counselor?

If you find that your counselor isn't a good fit, you can stop seeing your counselor at any time. Period. Just don't schedule any further appointments.

We do not issue refunds for completed sessions, session packages, or special introductory offers.

What should I expect during my first appointment?

At your first appointment, your counselor will ask about your current challenges and goals. They'll answer any questions you may have about the process. It's also an opportunity to share your expectations and concerns. This helps establish a comfortable and trusting relationship.

If you need to talk to your counselor before your next scheduled appointment, call or text our office. Leave your name and a call-back number. We'll respond promptly.

Can you provide online therapy for my children?

We offer online counseling services for adults and teens aged 14 and older. Feel free to call or text our office, and we'll gladly assist you in locating a qualified child therapist in your area.

No, we do not prescribe or refill medications. Additionally, we do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, as we are not licensed medical doctors. As a mental health counselor, my role is to provide guidance and support to individuals facing a range of emotional difficulties. If I determine that a client's needs exceed my scope of practice, I am ready to direct them to the appropriate level of care.

Our counseling sessions typically last 50 minutes. This allows for in-depth discussion while respecting your time and schedule.

Do you accept insurance?

No, we do not accept insurance. However, we offer low-cost counseling sessions for less than a typical insurance co-pay. We have affordable counseling solutions available to help you get the support you need.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment? Will I receive a refund?

If you need to cancel your single session, please call us within an hour of your appointment. We will take care of the cancellation for you. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message with your name and appointment details. Cancellations made in this time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this will have a 10% cancellation fee.

If you bought a session package, you must cancel before your first session, as partial refunds are not available. We do not issue refunds for completed sessions, session packages, or special introductory offers. If you need to reschedule, please visit our online booking page.
