From a young age, I've been captivated by the incredible resilience of the human spirit and the unique stories that shape each of us.


My primary areas of focus encompass personalized, individual counseling for grief and loss, relationship issues, depression, self-esteem challenges, and navigating life's transitions.


I primarily utilize Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My goal is to provide you with practical tools to help you handle life's challenges.


Through MBCT, we will examine how being present in the moment can offer you insights into difficult thoughts and emotions, allowing you to avoid getting trapped in unhelpful patterns. By providing education about the mind-body connection, clients can learn to shift from states of survival and fear to natural states of love, joy, and peace.


ACT centers on identifying what truly matters to you and encourages you to take committed actions aligned with those values, even in the face of discomfort or difficult feelings.
